Cottonwood Canyon, Oregon
In late March, 2024 I packed up my trusty Subaru Outback and embarked upon a solo six-week photography road trip that ultimately entailed 6,000 miles, nine states, and 9000 exposures.
I left the island on a typically rainy grey day and slogged through the weather until arriving in north central Oregon where it's a lot drier. After photographing within The Dalles, I made it to the dry Cottonwood Canyon State Park where I setup the tent and spent the night. The following morning was warm enough and the light spectacular.
