Cowiche Canyon is located in central Washington outside of Yakima. You can sense the long standing commitment and love that the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy puts forward into Cowiche Canyon. The canyon has been preserved, protected, and maintained by the community for almost 40 years. A railway's shutting down triggered folks to take action to protect this land.

The trails are both easy and challenging. It can get seriously hot here. Fortunately, you can even hike to a winery.
